There is a lot of BJJ out there. There are some great clubs and some not so great clubs. Everyone has to decide on their own. We believe that in order to have a great club you must be welcoming, know your member's abilites and leave the ego at the door.

Morgan Daugherty is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, specializing in Hatha Yoga. She is also trained to teach Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Classes. Morgan took her first yoga class in 2005 and felt immediately like she had found something she had been seeking. After several years of resisting the call to teach, she finally received her training through the Woodlands Yoga Studio RYS, studying under master teachers Sue Brooks, E-RYT 500, Elizabeth Hoffman, E-RYT 500 and Karen Henderson, E-RYT 500. Morgan is also a certified Mindful Resilience Teacher with the Veterans Yoga Alliance, specializing in working with veterans who are recovering from stress-related mental health challenges.
Morgan's teaching style is dynamic, challenging, and aims to blend inspiration, humor and hard work. With a background in alignment-based yoga as well as a love for the study of body mechanics, she strives to bring safety and conscious movement to the forefront of every class. Morgan believes that the practice of Yoga can help students achieve greater inner peace and physical health through the modalities of pranayama (breath), asana (movement), and dhyana (meditation).
Morgan draws inspiration from many master teachers in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Anusara Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, and she considers herself a lifelong student. Morgan is very intentional about weaving the philosophy of Yoga into her classes. Her goal as a teacher is to hold space for students to grow, build strength, heal, and trust in who they truly are.
